200ft. & 500ft. Requirements (Make 200ft and 500ft links)
We will handle the review and compliance with the 200ft and 500ft rules. We will review these requirements with you prior to any application. Exceptions will be required if your property falls within one of these rules.
30 Day Community Board Notice
Our experts will prepare and send the Standardized 30 Day Notice to the correct Community Board if you are applying for an on-premise license. This is a requirement of all licensees applying for an on-premise license.
Notice of Publication
NYS Liquor Authority requires publication of a notice for 2 consecutive weeks in a daily or weekly newsletter in the community your proposed premise is located. Our experts will handle the Notice of publication requirement along with the required affidavit for the NYS Liquor License application.
If you have not already applied for a surety bond, we can assist and apply for the correct surety bond as required by your particular license application from one of the NYS approved insurers.
